The Planning and Development Commission has been holding webinars to collaborate with all member federations to cover different topics. Session 4 was about the Role of the Rating Officer and it was the QC Chairperson, Sabrina de San Vicente, who was in charge of host the workshop, held on February 21st, 2024.
